^_^ Sleepless in... Durham

My entire sleep cycle is totally out of whack. I'm not tired at all right now... I have one final tomorrow. I get my french paper back and I get to rewrite it and turn in the final on Monday... yeah... my life is exciting. Concert on Sunday. I'm probably about to get fired from work because I won't be able to come into work again on Sunday because of the concert... ummm... though I did get my first paycheck... which was nice... ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm... my pokemon are all greater than level 40 and I have 5 gym badges... My converses are so destroyed that the inner liner between the foot and the soul of the shoe has completely ripped out... ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm... I'm now certified to tend bar..... And I have memorized how to make a Manhattan, Martini, Long Island Iced Tea, Screwdriver, Cape Codder, Kamikaze shooters, etc.... I need to keep going on those flash cards... I find Lady Gaga's new music video to make even less sense than before mainly since it is really really Catholic. And... honestly, though I think the Church is about to flip a shit about Jesus and the disciples being a biker gang, its actually not that shocking. Its pretty standard other than Harley gang Jesus thing.... And I completely don't understand the ocean water interlude in the middle... less than a month before I go to Austria.... i'm on steroids... they make me moody and slightly violent, but on the bright side the swelling in my knees has gone down.... ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.... I registered for classes today.... ummmmmmmmmmmmmmm... sorry if this is really boring.... but hey... tonight I AM REALLY BORING MOTHERFUCKER! xD Matt left some of his CD's here... why....? oh wait... I think he did that intentionally.... hmmmmm.... I think I'll listen to those for a while... don't worry... I'll come back if I get bored again.....

For the first time in a long while I wrote a song that I can actually stand.
A song I can actually be proud of.
I guess with all the bullshit going on in my life I became unsatisfied with all my other work.

To come up with a melody and lyrics that actually meant something to me felt good.
For a time it felt like I was me again.
Like all the little shattered pieces of my existence had somehow gathered back together.

For someone whose choice in career path is musician, not being satisfied with my stuff has been a tough ordeal.
It made me think that perhaps I just wasn't cut out to be a musician.
I'm pretty sure I just proved myself wrong.

The EP is coming soon.

Two words folks : Dallas, Texas. That's where she is. And I have no way of getting to her. I've known this girl for 3 days...THREE DAYS...and I already know so much about her that it's like I've known her for years. 1,601 miles between Wappingers Falls, NY and Dallas, Texas. As far as I'm concerned, that's 1,601 miles too many.

I'm planning an epic movie marathon. You know how I know it's going to be epic? I'm planning it, like, two months in advance. It will include all the usual classics and it will be sick and I'm making my friends come. Like, all of them, from everywhere. The entire NLC is invited, and the entire NLC should come, because then you all will just add to the collection of awesome that is my circle of friends that is my family.

Yeah, you're gonna be there.
